•Reservation

◦ Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. ◦ A credit card is required to reserve appointments for parties, of three or more

 

•Rescheduling

◦ Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a treatment . This allows the Spa enough time to fill appointments

 

•Late Arrival

◦ Services will begin and end on time

 

•Cancellation

◦ Unless there is an emergency , We request that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, or pay 50% of the missed appointment fee.

•No show

◦ Failure to notify the spa will result in paying for 50% of the missed appointment fee. Please understand that therapists only get paid when they deliver a service.

◦ We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

◦ Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests.

◦ Please don’t talking loudly and turn off cell phones
